architectural rendering

hello, if you google search "3 floor mixed-use building" and go to "images" you will see something like i want. the proposed building is 3 floors and stands alone on a corner lot without other buildings around it; it is a square 22 meters long and 22 meters wide; on one street-side it will have a 10 meter plaza in front; the other street it faces is a 4 meter space with sidewalk...utilitarian, but not bland...nothing gawdy...show me what you can do...
