architectural as built plans & remodel plans for permits
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to assist me with creating architectural as-built plans and remodel plans in 3D Revit for permits. The project scope includes both the creation of as-built plans and the development of remodel plans.
For the as-built plans, I have a floor plan with measurements and photos of the exterior that can be used as a reference.
The estimated square footage of the project is between 1200-1500 sq ft.
skills and experience for this job include:
- Revit proficiency in 2d and 3d drawings
- 3d drawings at conceptual design
- 2d drawings for permits and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in architectural drafting for building permit and construction
- Experience with creating as-built plans and remodel plans
- Knowledge of local building codes and permit requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and drafting
