Westchester NY Basement 3D Floor Plans to add Room for Guest or Au Pair - Basement is unfinished and a disaster

We are looking for IDEAS with an interior 3D Floor Plan. Our immediate need is to refinish the basement which includes adding a guest bedroom for an au pair. The Basement has access to the outside through our garage. Our oil burner, water filter and laundry machines are in the basement and need a solution to allow access to these items but not have them inhibit the design. The basement has concrete walls and floor with the floorboards from the 1st floor exposed. ITS A MESS!!
