Wellness studio layout, renderings

Hello,

I am looking to renovate and build out a studio for my wellness studio with a bright, minimalistic and eco feel. The space will function in the following ways: workout area, yoga/meditation area, plant shop, lounge, kitchen, office and bathroom.

Note: I used tape in the space for my own visual understanding: pink is to build dry wall, red X to demo, orange to build other structure (kitchen counters/bar)
