I am looking for a skilled Designer/Visualizer to create 3D renderings for a A Recreation Project Concept. (Site-Plan)
Forest with Lake : 50 %
Recreation Zone : 25 %
Sports Zone : 25 %
The Visualization is aimed at validating the Concept/Idea.
Key Deliverables:
- Realistic visualization that captures the Concept Potential of the space.
- High-quality 3D renderings of the project, Aerial view, Exteriors, Landscape, Outdoor spaces, Amenities and features to my expectation & satisfaction. (Interiors not required)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software
- Prior experience in creating high-quality visualizations for recreation projects or similar ventures
- Understanding of design and planning principles
The ultimate goal of this project is to Validate the Concept/Idea.The 3D renderings will serve as a tool for us to brainstorm the Concept/Idea with our team.
