Villa plan designing. draft version

I am looking for an experienced designer to create a Villa plan for me. The scope of the project will include designing floor plans, with the option to add exterior features. I have a rough idea for what I am looking for, however I am open to suggestions. Up to three revisions are allowed on the design. The final product should be a high-quality 3D rendering. I'm looking forward to seeing your creative suggestions and to working with you on this exciting project.
