Vibrant 3D Teaser Video

I’m putting together a short, high-impact teaser that opens with sweeping aerial footage of Bengaluru—think helicopter or drone passes over Vidhana Soudha, Cubbon Park, Namma Metro lines, MG Road, and the IT-hub skyline. The mood has to feel energetic and lively from the first frame, with punchy transitions and a soundtrack that keeps the pace up.

Once the city energy is established, the camera pulls focus to our future development site. The structure appears cloaked in a dramatic red fabric. As the shot pushes in, the cloth whips away to reveal the building rendered in full-resolution CGI, finished in a colorful, vibrant palette that fits our brand. Our logo needs to sit proudly on the façade, catching light realistically. The piece closes on an animated “Coming Soon” title that feels dynamic rather than static.

Key deliverables
• 30–45 second 4K video (ProRes or equivalent)
• Photo-realistic 3D model of the building with texturing, lighting, and reflection passes included
• Composited aerial plates with seamless CGI integration
• Final color-graded master plus separate audio stem

Acceptance criteria
1. City opener must convey motion and energy—no slow, floating shots.
2. Building reveal cloth simulation should feel heavy and natural, with zero mesh clipping.
3. Logo and typography must match our brand guide (files will be supplied).
4. Colors must pop without looking oversaturated on calibrated displays.
