1. Track the shot in Autodesk MatchMover and save the solve.
2. Move the scene into Maya, keeping names and scale tidy.
3. Follow Parts 2 & 3 of my guide to composite everything in After Effects.
4. Render the finished video via Adobe Media Encoder.
