Urgent: Stamping & Submission of Complete Residential Building Plans – Yavapai County, Arizona
We are seeking a licensed architect or professional engineer registered in Arizona who can review, stamp, and submit our complete set of residential construction drawings to Yavapai County for permit approval.
We already have the following plans prepared:
• Structural & Architectural: Foundation Plan, Brace Wall Plan, Floor & Roof Framing Plans, Elevations, Sections, and Connection Details
• Mechanical: Full HVAC/Mechanical Plans
• Plumbing: Water, Drainage, Gas, Demand Water, and Plumbing Layouts
• Electrical: Complete Electrical Plans & Schedules
Scope of Work:
1. Review & Stamp:
o Review all provided drawings for compliance with Arizona building codes and Yavapai County requirements.
o Provide a professional stamp (Arizona-licensed) on the approved plans.
2. Submission:
o Upload the stamped plans and required forms to the Yavapai County online permitting portal.

Requirements:

Deliverables:
• Stamped PDF set of all drawings.
• Confirmation of successful submission to the county portal.
• Approval notice from Yavapai County (or documentation of final clearance).
