Urgent Modern Deck Plan Drawings

I’m refreshing my existing deck and need a full set of architectural plans delivered quickly. The design direction is Modern, and the structure will be built with low-maintenance composite boards. An integrated pergola (or similar shading structure) is part of the concept, so its framing and connection details have to appear on the drawings.

The final package must be permit-ready, easy for a contractor to price, and presented in both PDF and editable CAD (DWG) format. I typically work in AutoCAD and SketchUp, but I’m happy with any BIM/CAD platform as long as the export is clean.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned site plan showing deck footprint and setbacks
• Plan, elevation and section views with framing, footings and pergola details
• Material and hardware schedule for composite decking and structural components
