Tyler Texas House Plans and Landscaping

We have the floor plans. We need someone to draw up what it will look like including the deck and hill that it is on. I have included the floor plans. It will have a stem wall as part of the foundation making it look like 2 stories but it is only a one story house. It will have fake shutters below. I included my own pencil drawing but we wanted to see a better picture. I don't know if we need a 2D or 3D. We just need something to work with the builder on.
