Tropical resort with private complex

We are looking for Architect engineer to deliver the following scope:
1- 2D plane / sections with dimensions and with explanatory text
2- 3D model
3- Architectural visualization
3- interior design
4- exterior design
5- landscaping
6- shop drawings

The project is divided to 4 zones attached the topographic maps with the location for each zone
The target for each zone as following:

Zone A ( Tropical resort):
1- tropical greenhouse
2- landscape
3- road
4- kids play ground
5- outdoor seats area, lodges deferent zones and deferent level ( 2 stories )
6- pet zone small scale

Zone B ( panoramic event halls):
1- outdoor events area
2- 2 levels indoor area
3- service area toilets for zone A and zone B
4- kitchen for zone A and B
5- storage
6- indoor panoramic event hall for zone B
7- indoor panoramic area for zone A
7- operation office

Zone C ( private complex ):
1- private house 3 stories
1-1 5 bed rooms with 2 toilets
1-2 living room ,Dining area, Kitchen, Bathroom, Store, Maid room
1-3 guest room , kitchenette, bathroom, office
1-4 master bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, leaving room
2- storage and work shop
3- 1 or 2 stories chalet each chalet around 50 sqm
4- guard apartment
6- parking
7- elevator
8- solar system
9- water storage
10- pools for main house and small or Jacuzzi for chalet
11- mechanical and electrical room

Zone D ( private backyard with garden):
1- garden
2- animal farm
