Comprehensive design plan for the entire space.
Must include detailed space planning to ensure optimal use of the available area.
3D Models & Visuals:
Mandatory 3D models, high-quality images, and video walkthroughs to visualize the design.
Supervision:
Mandatory supervision of the project, including regular updates on the progress during execution, especially in my absence. It is important to ensure that the project is moving according to the approved plan.
Layout & Materials List:
Detailed layout with measurements, a materials list, and cost estimates for the entire project.
Furniture & Décor Selection:
Furniture selection, placement, and décor recommendations, focusing on style and practicality.
Lighting and Color Scheme:
Recommendations for lighting design and color schemes.
