Traditional Wooden Garden Tool Shed Plans

I need engineered plans for a 12 X 16 foot garden storage shed. The walls will be 8 feet tall and have a traditional pitched roof. There will be one 36-inch door on the end and no windows. There will be a couple of 2 X 2 foot skylights in the roof to provide natural lighting. The interior will be sheetrocked, and the esterior will be stucco. There will also be electricity provided outlets and for interior and exterior lighting.
