Traditional Shared Bathroom Layout Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have the basic floor-plan of a single family bathroom that will be shared by three children; what I need now is a complete design package that turns that rough layout into a polished, build-ready concept.
Here is what matters most to me:
• The overall look should stay firmly in a Traditional style—think classic profiles, timeless hardware, and detailing that won’t date quickly.
• Colour palette: calm, neutral tones that can handle daily use yet still feel light and airy.
• One combined bath / shower zone is fine, but open to options
• Storage must centre on well-proportioned vanity cabinets. No additional closets or open wall shelves are required, but clever internal organisers and kid-friendly access inside the vanity will be a big plus.
Deliverables I am expecting:
1. Scaled floor-plan (PDF) showing fixture placement, plumbing points, and cabinetry dimensions.
2. 3D visualisations or high-quality renders that clearly communicate material choices, tile patterns, colours, and lighting.
3. A concise finishes schedule listing fixtures, fittings, tile, paint, and hardware so that a contractor can quote directly from it.
4. One round of revisions after I review the initial concept.
Please base everything on the layout I will share once we start.
The goal is a family-proof, aesthetically classic bathroom my kids can grow with—delivered in a format my contractor can build from without extra interpretation.
