Traditional Residential 3D Model and Render of Modern Georgian Style Dwelling , Not Limited
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I require an experienced 3D artist to model and render a traditional residential building. The details to be highlighted within this project should cover:
- The exterior structure: Showcase the traditional architectural design from various perspectives.
- The interior design: High-quality rendering of interior spaces that represent the traditional style. Detailed attention to space functionality and décor is crucial. all furnishing to suit the clients needs/wants to fill the spaces and give a high quality liveable feel.
- Landscape features: Important to include the surrounding landscape features in harmony with the building.
-Landscaped Patio & BBQ Area at rear of house, Driveway ,Site boundary, inclusive of all detailed landscape features such as but not limited to shrubbery ,walls, gates, external lighting , trees, cars ,garage necessary to give a finished look to the development .
Walls and doors layout may be subject to some changes after first couple of meetings at clients request.
The style of the project interior and exterior is modern Georgian/Farmhouse . Exact details will be at clients request following introductory meetings , pre start meeting , interim(half way structure complete without detailing meeting to finalise layout). and then final meeting to make final change's before handover to client .
This all details should be as per clients requests and detailed planning drawings submitted to awarded freelancer.
Ideal candidates should have a solid background in architectural 3D modelling and rendering, with a portfolio demonstrating similar traditional style projects. Understanding of architecture, interior design, and landscaping will be a great advantage.
Upon completion freelancer will furnish the client with the following, this list is not limited and is open to change during progress meetings :
Lumion Rendered 3D Model inclusive of all details requested , must be available to view on free rendering software.
Rendered Model on seperate rendering software package at clients request.
Navis Works NWD file .
Revit Dwg. file
Rendered set of drawings of the following but is not limited :
External Landscaping , Full project from multiple angle and times of Day Night with Lighting on and off .
Internal view in each room /rooms at 3 times early morning 1 hour after sunrise (Time zone Ireland) midday (Time-zone Ireland) and Night (dark). all with lights on and off.
Marketing drone Video no more than 3 minutes long should also be developed and issued suitable for viewing on all mainstream software's , phones etc
In summary the client is looking for a detailed conceptual design consultation and representation of this Georgian style home so that they can make informed decisions of their life
If this project goes well there is other works in the pipeline nearing conceptual development . Performance on this project is crucial.
