Traditional Basement Conversion Plans

I'm looking for someone to create detailed remodel plans for my basement. The space should be transformed into a living space with a traditional design.

Key elements to include in the plans:
- A bedroom
- A bathroom
- A kitchenette
- A non-conforming bedroom
- A utility room

Ideal skills for this job would be architecture, interior design, and experience with traditional design elements. Please provide examples of similar projects you have completed.

I have attached plans from our current builder, we're wanting them tweaked to better accomodate the utilities and layout of the current unfinished basement.
