Trade-Show Marketing Package Design

Overview:
We are looking for a designer who can develop a cohesive trade-show marketing package for an upcoming industry event involving precision hardware. This includes lightbox displays, banners, print collateral, and high-impact product presentation assets. Initial scope is project-based, with potential for ongoing work depending on quality, turnaround, and pricing.
Scope of Work:
We need someone who can produce a full suite of coordinated trade-show materials, including:
Booth + Display Assets
• 4–5 trade-show lightbox designs (backlit panels)
• 2–3 large vinyl banner designs
• High-resolution 3D product renders (clean, captivating, accurate)
• Product presentation images for booth display & marketing briefs
Print Collateral
• Business card design
• presentation folder design (to hold printed briefs)
• Letterhead (digital + print-ready)
• Optional: one-sheet product briefs or spec-card layouts
Capabilities We Require
• Strong trade-show and retail design experience
• Ability to create print-ready artwork using correct specs, bleed, color profiles
• Deep familiarity with large-format design
• Ability to produce photorealistic 3D product renders and presentation shots
• Cohesive brand-system thinking
• Fast, responsive communication and iteration
Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF files for all booth and collateral items
• Source files (AI/PSD/3D project files)
• 3D renders in high resolution (isolated + staged)
• Final packaged assets organized and ready for vendor handoff
Timeline & Term
• Immediate start — trade-show deadline approaching
• Short-term project with possibility for long-term design support depending on fit and pricing
