Track Lighting Design for New Home

I am looking for a skilled lighting designer to help me create an effective and aesthetically pleasing internal lighting design for a new house project. The house has a total area of approximately 500 square meters and consists of two floors. The gypsum board ceiling is not yet installed, so this is an excellent opportunity to incorporate a well-thought-out lighting plan.

**Project Details:**

**Second Floor:**
- 4 Bedrooms

**Requirements:**

1. **Lighting Plan:** Develop a comprehensive lighting design plan that includes both ambient and task lighting for each room.
2. **Fixture Selection:** Recommend appropriate lighting fixtures that complement the design and function of each space.
3. **Track Lights:** I would prefer track lights for my gypsum board ceiling.
4. **Installation:** The installation will be required in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
5. **Dimmable System:** I prefer a dimmable lighting system for adjustable brightness.
7. **Aesthetic Appeal:** Create a design that enhances the aesthetic appeal of the interiors.
