Tiny Home Interior Design (JADU)

We are converting a single, 240SF garage into a one bedroom apartment and we need help designing the interior.
If you don’t have significant experience designing tiny homes or small living areas, PLEASE NOT APPLY FOR THIS PROJECT!
We need a plan for the bedroom and living room/kitchen area. For the kitchen, we need specific measurement for all the major appliance locations. We would like to use appliances like this:

For the living room area, we plan on using a pull-down screen and projector instead of a TV. We would like seating for two, built into the wall. We were thinking of a dining table that folds into the wall as well as space saving chairs- perhaps ones that hang on the wall and are taken down when needed.
We would like to change the attached plan, so the entire kitchen is all on one side, and the seating area and pull-down projector screen is on the other side.
We need 3D imaging, to show what the place will look like standing in it, as well as three different designs.
This project will suit an applicant who has completed successful tiny home projects and is genuinely interested in this specific field. We want to make a space we can show in Architectural Digest!
