Seeking a qualified Engineer or Architect to facilitate the submission of a 25-page stamped drawings for approval in Tennessee. The architectural plans, already endorsed and stamped by a licensed architect, were originally part of a freelance project that excluded the submission process. As the property owner, I initially intended to personally submit the drawings. However, recognizing the requirement for a professional submission, I am now seeking a qualified individual for this task. The project has reached completion, and I am prepared to compensate $750 for the submission service.
