Stylized 3D Product Designs for Marketing

I need 3D designs of existing products like Substations, Transformers, and Switchgears. The picutres of these designs will be used for our website. The models should be realistic. Key requirements include:
- Creating designs from an isometric view
- Understanding of 3D design software
