I am looking for a FEMALE illustrator and / or animator to create a character which is a mix inpirsed by 2000s female cartoon characters e.g Totally Spies, Bratz, etc,
I am only looking for a female freelancer as this is an ALL WOMEN PROJECT, I only employ women in my company.
I would like a few stills of the character in different poses but also a video of the character in its element.
