Striking Modern Foyer Concept Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have attached the floor plan; the red-outlined zone is the only area I want you to touch right now. Everyone who steps through the main entrance should be instantly impressed, so the concept has to feel bold yet refined.
Design intent
• Style: Modern, with a calm, sculptural presence.
• Colour palette: mainly neutral tones—think warm whites, soft greys, a hint of natural timber—so the space feels airy and timeless.
• Feature element: a 1.5–2 ft Buddha statue must sit proudly and look purpose-built, not an after-thought.
• Materials you can explore: wood, glass and even PVC louvers; I am open to creative combinations as long as the overall look stays sleek.
• Challenge: the slim black rectangle drawn on the wall is an over-sized TV that currently overhangs the partition line. I need the foyer feature to mask or visually integrate that TV—perhaps with panelling, fluted screens, or clever layered glazing. If the foyer concept excites me, I’ll commission the full TV-unit design next, so thinking ahead to that follow-on piece will be appreciated.
What I expect to receive
1. Two or more 3D perspective renders that clearly show how the foyer looks from the entrance.
2. A plan and elevation (PDF or DWG) indicating dimensions, material notes and statue placement.
3. A concise material & colour legend so my contractor can cost it quickly.
4. A brief note explaining how the TV concealment works and how the idea could extend to a full media wall later.
Keep the workflow simple; SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, Lumion, or any comparable tool is fine as long as the visuals are crisp and the drawings are accurate.
