3D Space Animation Specialist Needed

I'm seeking a qualified animation partner for a single 3D animation and video editing project, with the potential for more work in the future. The primary task is to take the raw video provided here (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OTyIgb18wvpc-JLNFcmT3yrICzUyNKBB/view?usp=sharing) and enhance it into a polished, high-quality animation suitable for professional presentation. This is a limited budget project.

Importantly, we are only considering companies or individuals with proven experience in space animation—specifically those who have worked on visualizations involving satellites, lunar or Mars rovers, space habitats, or related aerospace concepts.
