SolidWorks 3D Modeling and Assembly -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
A project designed by solidworks
The main tasks include:
1. 3D Part Modeling
• Modeling all individual components based on the provided orthographic drawings and dimensions.
• Naming each part appropriately.
• Adding all required dimensions inside each part file.
• Assigning the correct material for each part according to the BOM list.
• Using proper SolidWorks techniques (fully defined sketches, symmetry, mirror/pattern features, fillets, and chamfers).
2. Assembly
• Assembling all modeled parts to form the final machine.
• Ensuring all parts fit correctly without interference.
• Applying proper mates.
• Creating a professional exploded view.
3. 2D Engineering Drawings (ISO Standard)
• A 3D view of the assembled device.
• Orthographic and pictorial views with full dimensions.
• Sectional views as per ISO standards.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) with balloons.
• A complete title block.
Additional notes:
• The project includes more than 25 parts listed in the specification.
• All dimensions are in millimeters.
• Final submission requires all Part files, the Assembly file, and 2D Drawing files placed in one folder (ZIP/RAR).
