SolidWorks Elevate Device Design
Budget: €50 – €80 EUR
I have the complete concept, sketches, and parts list for Elevate, a portable leg-elevation aid, and now need it turned into a clean, production-ready SolidWorks model. All structural components will be aluminum and should be shown with a powder-coated finish in the visuals. The platform must extend in both height and length through a telescopic tube system locked by a threaded knob; I’ll share exact travel ranges, tube sizes, fastener specs, and any bought-in parts so you can mate everything accurately.
Deliverables
• Parametric SolidWorks part files and master assembly
• Photorealistic renders that reflect the final powder-coated appearance
• Fully dimensioned 2D manufacturing drawings (GD&T where needed)
• Exploded view drawing and short animation of the assembly sequence
• Structured bill of materials linked to the model, covering custom and off-the-shelf items
Acceptance criteria: the model rebuilds without errors, telescopic motion is smooth throughout the full stroke, all drawings update correctly on dimension changes, and BOM quantities match the assembly.
