Sole to wall hanging shoe display

I am trying to display shoes without showing the sole of them. I need a plate to nail/screw into the wall and then a hook that comes straight out 4/5 inches and curves back into the plate. This way the toe of the shoe would point towards the ground and the hook would hold up the heel of the shoe. You would be able to see the entire shoe without seeing the sole
