Small Balcony Relaxation Design

I'm looking for a skilled designer to create an inviting and cozy balcony to host friends and bbq (electric). The space is small, 2 meters x 3,50 meters, so maximizing every inch is key.
Key requirements include:
- Design focus: The main purpose of this project is to provide a relaxing space. The design must, therefore, be conducive to rest and relaxation.
- Style preference: I prefer a modern style for this space. The design should incorporate elements that add charm and warmth to this small area as well as warm lightening and plants.
Ideal skills and experience for this job are:
