Skinmantra Clinic: Modern & Minimalist 3D interior Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
3D Interior Design for New Dermatology Clinic (Skinmantra) – Minimalistic & Modern
Project Overview
Skinmantra, a premium dermatology clinic, is seeking a talented 3D interior designer to create a minimalistic, modern, and upscale interior design for our new clinic. We have a completed floor plan and now need an expert to translate it into a compelling 3D design. The goal is to achieve an aesthetic, clean, and functional environment that reflects a high-end medical practice. This is a design-only project – we will execute the plan locally, so the focus is on delivering detailed visualizations and layout guidance (no on-site supervision required).
Deliverables
The freelancer should provide a comprehensive design package that includes:
• High-Quality 3D Renders: Realistic 3D rendered images of the interior design for all key areas (reception/waiting area, each consultation room type, procedure rooms, etc.). These images should showcase the layout, furniture, colors, lighting, and overall ambiance from multiple angles.
• Design Layout & Floor Plan Visualization: A layout plan illustrating the placement of furniture, fixtures, and decor within the provided floor plan. This can be presented as annotated 2D plans or screenshots from the 3D model, to clearly communicate how each space will be organized.
• Material and Color Scheme Suggestions: A document or board detailing the proposed materials (flooring, wall finish/paint, cabinetry, etc.) and color palette. Include specifics like types of flooring (e.g., vinyl, tiles, wood), wall colors or coverings, and finishes for furniture or countertops. This will guide our local contractors in sourcing similar materials.
• Lighting Plan: An overview of the lighting design, including types of lighting fixtures and their placement (e.g., recessed ceiling lights, pendant lights at the reception, task lighting in treatment rooms). Suggest color temperature and intensity for different areas (e.g., warmer lights in waiting areas, brighter white lights in procedure rooms) to achieve the desired mood and functionality.
• Furniture & Decor Recommendations: A list or visual reference of key furniture pieces and decor elements to be used (reception desk design, chairs, exam beds, storage cabinets, light fixtures, etc.). You can suggest specific styles or reference images so we understand the look. (We are not asking for you to purchase anything, just to recommend the style/design – we will source locally.)
