SketchUp - Cottage Design
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a skilled SketchUp designer to create a design plan for a medium-sized cottage. Designer to provide sketch-up file (2022 compatible) after project is complete.
I prefer a traditional cottage architecture with modern accents and have specific features detailed in the attached files that I would like to include. The approximate size of the cottage should be between 1200 sqft.
Develop a custom cottage similar to the below link, however, use the floor plan file I have provided as the final expectation. Note, dimensions are approximate and can be altered to accommodate stairs.
The floor plan file I have provided does not include stairs, however a set a stairs should come from the basement floor to the main floor. ( do not use a spiral stair case). Feel free to shift/edit floor plan to accommodate this
The roof should be sloped similar to the inspiration link below.
Include furnishings and light fixtures
Include Textures.
• Textures should be labeled such that I can easily edit them after, at a minimum every room should have a wall and floor texture. Texture labels examples are as follows:
o BR #1 – Wall
o BR #1 – Floor
o BathR – Wall
o BathR - Floor
o GreatR – Wall
o GreatR – Floor
o Etc.
Bedroom #1 and #2 should include a double bed
Bedroom #3 should include a queen bed.
No fire-place in design, include a wood stove instead, refer to layout document.
Style Guide
