SketchUp Blueprint Modeling
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm an owner of a busy remodel and design company seeking a skilled professional to transform my project's pdf or digital blueprints and/or rough field measurements into a basic 3D SketchUp model. The work will mainly involve converting existing PDF blueprints into 3D form, ensuring accurate structural representation. *****MUST GROUP, TAG + MAKE COMPONENTS as you work***** Final files should come in Sketchup properly organized grouped and tagged plus convert to Layout (sketchup add on) for 2D representation because our design team works off of both.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in SketchUp software.
- Capable of interpreting PDF blueprints accurately.
- Experience in creating structural 3D models with attention to dimensions.
- Ability to work with field measurements when necessary.
While there is no hard deadline, I appreciate a freelancer who is communicative and can provide a reasonable timeline for completion. This project demands a basic level of detail, primarily the exterior shape and structure, without the need for interior fixtures or complex textures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Should have a portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling projects in regards to architecture specifically with a working knowledge of windows, doors and framing.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to provide accurate representations based on blueprints.
- Good communication skills to discuss any potential measurement clarifications.
