Site Plan with Stormwater/water quality plan

I need a site plan created for my vacant land drawn to scale. This site plan must also address stormwater concerns and landscaping/ dry wells to handle the runoff. I have a basic layout of where a home will be with planned trees but do not have a stormwater plan. This site plan must be able to pass approval for a land disturbance permit. There is a checklist of things that must be included at the link below and a guide for acceptable stormwater solutions. I would prefer to use as much landscaping as possible rather than utilizing dry wells. This home will be on a septic tank. I can provide a copy of the plat map for use.
