For a forthcoming funding presentation I need a clear, presentation-ready visual package that shows investors exactly how our commercial complex will sit on the land and how every square foot inside each structure will function.
Scope of the exterior plan
• One landscape-level sketch that positions all buildings on the plot while also illustrating the key environmental elements—parking, green areas, walkways, and any hard-scape features that help investors grasp traffic flow and curb appeal.
Scope of the interior plans
• A detailed layout for every commercial building on the site. I need room and corridor configuration plus the placement of major furniture and fixtures so that operational flow and tenant usability are obvious at a glance.
File expectations
Vector or high-resolution PDFs that can be dropped straight into a PowerPoint deck, plus the original editable files (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or comparable).
Acceptance criteria
1. A cohesive landscape sketch that balances buildings with environmental features.
2. Separate floor-by-floor drawings showing furniture and fixture positions.
3. All drawings labeled, scaled, and ready for print or slide display.
