Simple Exterior Design and Top View of a Gym

Simple 2D design of the exterior and top view of a new gym project.

Just need to follow the sketches, they just need to be digitalized and cleaned up.

All measurements provided as well as requirements for the look of the design.

Have attached the draft designs which need to be digitalized.

Also attached are photos of how I would like the Charcoal Tin, Light Grey Concrete Wall and the color of the Sled Track to look like.
