Side container to hold dog waste and secured to garbage container

For this project, I'm looking to have a side container for my dog waste, secured to a garbage container. I'd like the material of the side container to be plastic, and I'm open to suggestions as far as size goes. It's important that the side container be securely attached to the garbage container.
