Seeking Expertise in Architectural Visualization for Long-Term Collaboration -- 3

We are a company based in Switzerland and Germany, collaborating closely with architects and property owners. We regularly receive both 3D models from various architectural software programs and 2D floor plans for our projects.

Our aim is to optimally prepare these models and plans for sales purposes and present them in sales exposés. Therefore, we are looking for a specialist with expertise in rendering both interiors and exteriors. Additionally, there is an opportunity to create animation videos, albeit only upon explicit request from our clients.

An essential aspect of our work is the consideration and adaptation to our clients' wishes right from the design phase. Also, we are interested in the ability to create real estate exposés upon client requests, where we sometimes receive existing images and texts from our clients that need professional refinement.
