We’re seeking an experienced 3D animator to create a stunning, cinematic-quality 60-second animation and 30 seconds of clients short videos and pictures that he will provide of surroundings, beaches, shops to showcase both the interior and exterior of our project in a realistic 6K resolution. The animation should include cinematic music, annotations, adding in the client's short videos of surroundings, and pictures that closely reflect the style of the reference video.
As part of our real estate marketing strategy, we require a high-quality video to showcase our townhouse project to potential buyers. Below are the key requirements: All the houses design are the same.
Ultra-Realistic Quality: The video must feature fine details and high-resolution textures to ensure an immersive and realistic experience.
Professional Production: It should meet industry standards for real estate marketing, ensuring premium presentation.
Attention to Detail: Materials, lighting, reflections, and overall aesthetics must be meticulously crafted to highlight the townhouse’s design and appeal.
Key Requirements:
- Must use 3D Max for the animation
- Rendered in 6K resolution
- Includes cinematic music and annotations
- High-quality cinematic style showcasing interior and exterior
- Voice-over editing and sound
- The client will provide source files in 3dmax
- Client will provide short videos of surroundings, beaches, and amenities to the freelancer to include in their animation
- Must provide regular screen shots of progress in 3dmax, Vray or corona
- Must provide a copy of the completed Source FIles to the client.
- This animation video is to be used for YouTube.
- Must provide 1.5 minutes of total edited video and 7 still interior and exterior ultra high 8K resolution renders, 14 renders in total.
