3D STEP Penis Model Creation - Replicate design from Stl file -- 2

I'm interested in converting a pre-existing STL file of a 3D model into STEP format. The model in question is a penis.
So what im looking for is someone to replicate the design and do some design tweaks as per specs sheet and provide step version.
Project Brief
Our original medical grade silicone design was created in z-Brush software which can only export to an STL file. For mass manufacturing/injection molding we need the file to be a STEP file with the same level of quality and detail as the original design. In addition we also need some tweaks to the original product layout.
