Royal Interior Design & 3D Rendering

I'm looking for an experienced interior designer with a knack for royal-style design. This project involves transforming a regular floor plan with your unique touch and providing a 3D render for the space.
Key requirements:
- Style: The design should be inspired by royal design while keeping it modern and approachable.
- Expertise in 3D rendering: You'll need to bring the design to life through photorealistic 3D renderings.
- Deliverable: A comprehensive design for the floor plan and a set of high-quality 3D renders.
If you have a portfolio or previous work demonstrating your ability to bring royal design to life, please include it in your application.
I have attached the beam markings and the wall markings of the floor plan. Please don't get influenced by the designs in beam marking, you are free to change the interior design/placement of the furniture.
The ceiling is 112 inches and the beams are 12 inches. Please show that in the design as well.
