Revise Residential Stilt-Plus-4 Plan

I already have a residential drawing approved up to ground floor, but now I want it taken all the way to a full Stilt + 4 configuration while fixing a couple of things that have been bothering me. The main change is simple: the bedroom indicated on the present first-floor layout should go, and that footprint should become an open balcony instead. Any other rooms remain as shown; I am otherwise happy with the circulation.

Here is what I need from you:

• Updated architectural floor plans for stilt level, first, second, third and fourth floors reflecting the new balcony in place of the former bedroom
• Matching sections and elevations so the façade makes sense with the new outdoor space
• A quick revision to the area statement and schedule of openings so everything tallies after the swap

Please keep the overall structural grid, column positions and setback lines exactly as in the existing file; only the bedroom-to-balcony change and the vertical stacking to four floors are required. I’ll supply the original CAD file the moment we start, and I’d like the revised package back in DWG plus a printable PDF set.
