Revamp Home - Architecture, Design and Decor
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
This house is currently layed out and decorated wrongly; the images will show it currently stands. The floorplans will show how it currently is and what we would actually like to achieve.
We need a recommendation as to what the end product should look like.
Please quote including all 3 floors, and, possibility to do alterations. On your bid there must be an explanation as to how do you manage the project.
We expect to received:
1. Floor plans as currently done
2. 3d with renders of existing condition
3. Floor plans of proposed design
4. 3d with renders of proposed design
5. 360° view and VR of the agreed final design
6. Spreadsheet with quantities, materials, links of where to purchase and overall cost
Regarding point #6, aside from including layout and interior design, the project should have a full mood board (to match the renders and 360/VR) with links to all the material that is being recommended and where to source it from in Portugal. We want a luxury feel in a very limited budget.

The intention is to make it a cross of styles from urban, chic and modern. Top floor where bedrooms are is to be calm, relaxing and a place to rest. Ground floor, convivial and yet relaxed and family oriented. Basement is to be partially a place of work within the 2 offices (one is a business office and the other a music room), as well as a party and social area composed of cinema room, garage, games room, reception room with bar; in addition it should include a highly functional laundry room and storage room.
Top Floor: relaxed, calm and resting
- master needs redesign of closet and make it a real adult relaxed, romantic and calm space (closet currently not existent, must be purchased)
- 2nd largest bedroom with access to balcony, focused on young girl's room with storage and relaxed environment
- decorate guest room relaxed
- Redesign of guest bathroom (not actually 2 ensuite as floor plan is wrong)
- Terrace flooring modernized and insync with interior
Ground Floor: modern and relaxed, convivial and family-focused
- redesign kitchen / dining area including floor, also replace kitchen wall tiles
- kitchen needs to have large island and seating area available with large dinning table for 8-10 people, floating shelves and storage at either side of the fireplace
- terrace flooring replaced and matched with interior
- "office" converted into young girl's play room with plenty storage and play area
- "living room" with two areas, one focused on TV and other on seating for conversation
Basement: modern, chic and feeling like a luxurious den for kids and adults
- garage to be modern, cohesive with rest of the layout and plenty storage incl. coats and shoes
- storage room to be in the room adjacent to garage door
- room behind it to be a dedicated cinema room with seating area for 6+ people incl screen and sound panels
- next, is a highly functional laundry room plenty of storage and organization space
- followed by, a music room next incl seating, piano and sound panelling
- after the entrance corridor, the bathroom needs modernizing and to be functional (no need of bath, a large shower is sufficient)
- next to the bathroom, is the office facing the garden with 2 TV screens on wall, storage, desk (high end look)
- reception room with area for children's games, adults drinks/bar, table and storage; as well as, games room for pool table, TV and pingpong table (break division from reception to garage to make it bigger)
Exterior:
- already has swimming pool, add BBQ and eating area
- replace all shutters and fences from green to darker colour (ranging from blue to grey)
