Retail Space Interior Detailing

I need detailed interior architecture specifications for a retail space. The focus is on the showroom floor, where I require comprehensive detailing.
Key Requirements:
- Detail the lighting design to enhance product visibility and ambiance.
- Develop a furniture layout that maximizes space efficiency and customer flow.
- Specify display fixtures that align with the brand's aesthetic and functional needs.
- Include plans for a permanent office within the showroom floor.

We want to create something very special in terms of shop front and interior layout. It is not open to the public and will be VIP invite only for potential /existing owners/or esteemed networks and team members. James will reside there full time and also use the space as his office. And I will use it when I’m in the coast to hold meetings with the broader team/funders/networks etc from time to time. We want it to be very eye catching from the streetscape perspective and look completely different to your typical sale suites from the outside.
The mood is that its like a Cartier/high-end fashion store where you walk in and there is a distinct beautiful smell, refreshing beverages, super comfy and stylish couches, luxury dining table and chairs. A big 100inch tv for viewing project videos/plans/renders etc. also a beautiful bar with wine fridge, sink, integrated fridge, built in coffee machine. Ceilings with recessed lighting cove. Rare soft drinks, high-end champagne and spirits as desired etc. a space that people feel is very luxurious, homely, like a bespoke VIP lounge.
