Restaurant Interior Design Project
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I’m opening a new restaurant and need a creative interior designer who can turn an empty commercial shell into a distinctive, welcoming dining experience. The brief covers everything from overall concept development to the detailed specification of finishes, furniture, décor, and lighting that align with the brand identity and target clientele.
Scope of Work
• Develop a cohesive design concept with mood boards that capture ambience, colour palette, and style.
• Produce a scaled space-planning layout showing seating arrangements, service areas, and traffic flow that complies with local codes.
• Deliver photorealistic 3D renders and elevations to visualise the concept for stakeholders and contractors.
• Specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and lighting, including sourcing notes and alternates available in my region.
• Provide a final drawing package (CAD or Revit preferred) ready for permit submission and contractor pricing.
Acceptance Criteria
• Concept clearly reflects the brief and brand.
• Layout supports at least the planned seat count while maintaining comfortable circulation.
• Renders accurately represent proposed finishes and lighting levels.
• All selections are commercially rated and obtainable within agreed lead times.
Please outline your approach, the software you’ll use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and your estimated timeline for each stage. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right match and will be available for quick feedback throughout the process.
