Residential house rendering

I need you to render an existing home (see photo) in a different style.
The bricks need to be white (with texture) like example included, and the window frames need to be black. The beams under the terrace have to be rendered in natural wood (light oak).
If this one picture gets done satisfactory, we can work together for the remaining of this project (another 3 pictures and some interior renderings)
