Residential Interior CAD Design

I’m renovating my home and need a detail-oriented interior designer who works comfortably in AutoCAD. The scope covers three key spaces—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—and I want each room to feel cohesive while still reflecting its own purpose and personality.

What I need from you:
• Accurate AutoCAD plans and elevations for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, ready for contractor use
• Furniture and layout suggestions that maximise flow and storage
• Lighting and electrical placement integrated into the drawings
• A concise material and finish schedule so I can source everything locally
• Rendered views or mood boards that communicate overall look and feel

I’ll supply the dimensions and any reference images I have once we start. Drawings should be delivered in .dwg and PDF formats, with two rounds of revisions included so we can fine-tune details together.
