Residential Facade 3D Renderings

I have architectural plans for several Australian homes and now need them transformed into polished 3D façade renderings suitable for marketing brochures, real-estate listings, and social media.

Scope of work
• Convert my construction drawings into accurate exterior models.
• Apply realistic Australian-style materials, lighting, and light landscaping.
• Deliver high-resolution stills—at minimum a straight-on front view — ready for print and web.

Why this matters
These images will be the hero visuals in our sales material, so they must feel aspirational yet true to the plans.

What I’m looking for
• Strong portfolio of residential façade renderings (Australian experience a plus).
• Solid drafting background to keep dimensions exact.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or your preferred pipeline—flexibility is fine as long as the output shines.

What I’ll provide
DWG/PDF sketch plans and reference photos as soon as we kick off.
