Residential Bathroom Space Planning -- 2

I am looking for an interior designer / space planner to prepare a restroom layout.

Brief:
one existing room only (no possibility to enlarge the space)
exact room dimensions will be provided
the design should include:
men’s and women’s toilets
partitions and doors
WC cabins, urinals, sinks
the goal is a reasonable optimal use of the space, balancing capacity, comfort, and practicality
(I am leaving the final capacity decision to professional judgement)

Deliverables:
clear 2D floor plan with dimensions
functional and buildable solution
no visualizations required, layout only
