Residential Architecture Blueprint & 3D Render
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm in need of a skilled architect and 3D rendering expert to assist me with a small residential construction area that will hold 4-6 identical duplexes.
Each duplex building covers an area of roughly 195m2. The total land the duplexes should fit in is about 2000m2. An efficient use of space to fit at min 5 duplexes on the land is desired with one end of the land occupying store fronts with a small security booth on the other end. See attached sketch.
Key Project Requirements:
- Deliver a detailed blueprint of the duplex for construction. I already have the plan I like. I just require it to be redrawn in AutoCAD and delivered in construction ready plans.
- Create 4-6 high-quality 3D renderings for both interior and exterior of the duplex.
- Finally, create a detailed landscape design of 5-6 duplexes, a communal recreation area, laid out in the 2000m2 land area with relevant landscaping and driveway.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in architectural design software.
- Extensive experience in creating high-quality 3D renderings.
- Past experience in residential architecture is a must.
- Ability to incorporate landscape details effectively.
