Renovation-Ready Floorplans Creation--MUST PHYSICALLY BE IN SALT LAKE CITY METRO AREA
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm seeking a professional to create detailed floorplans and exterior elevations (front/sides/back of home) of my existing home in preparation for an extensive renovation. This is a two-story 5,500 square foot home. I will then be working to develop sketches of options for changing the floorplan, including adding onto the home. Also, I'll work to develop sketches of options for changing the exterior elevations. I will then need revised floorplans and exterior elevations drawn up based on my sketches.
These plans should be comprehensive and include:
- All measurements: I need a precise understanding of my space, so every single measurement should be accounted for.
- Structural elements: Please annotate the plans with all relevant structural elements. This will help in understanding what can and can't be altered during the renovation.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in architectural design or home renovation planning, with a strong understanding of structural elements. Proficiency in using CAD software or similar design tools is a must.
